Therapy for adults, adolescents, and families

New York, Connecticut, & Florida

Helping you cultivate a more aligned, connected, and cognizant life.

Perhaps you’ve been noticing an increase in anxiety or situational stressors for some time, or you’re managing a transition in your professional or personal life and need a warm, non-judgmental space to process the complex emotions showing up.

Maybe you’re navigating these feelings for the first time, or you’ve noticed that they are interfering significantly with your pursuits or relationships. You’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck and seeking more options for how to respond and move through the current barriers… You’ve come to the right place.

Clinical Expertise

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and mood instability, interpersonal and communication challenges, and life transitions/adjustment issues.

I predominantly work with adolescents (14+), young adults, and working professionals looking to explore challenges related to motivation, self-esteem, and perfectionism.

I’m also experienced at helping clients increase awareness of unhealthy relationships to food and/or substances and working through issues with self-image.

Clinical Work

Throughout my training and professional practice, I worked with teens, young adults, and adults across diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I’ve worked across treatment settings and levels of care, including dual diagnosis inpatient work at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, counseling at Brooklyn College Personal Counseling Center and The New School’s Counseling Center, and individual and family therapy at Mount Sinai Morningside’s Adult Outpatient Clinic and Psychiatric Recovery Center.
